General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) with RESIN PRO SASU, VAT No. FR05842797722 (hereinafter referred to as “RESIN PRO” or “we”), via the website, mobile site, or mobile application (collectively referred to as “resinpro.it”).
By using resinpro.it and/or placing an order, the Customer agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read and fully understand the Terms before placing an order.
The inclusion of any product or service on resinpro.it at any particular time does not imply or guarantee that such products or services will be available at all times.
RESIN PRO reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. RESIN PRO also reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that applies to the Customer’s order is the one available at info@resinpro.it at the time the order is placed.
RESIN PRO aims to provide the best possible online shopping experience. To ensure our services function correctly, the Customer agrees not to (i) send, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or use any device that restricts, interferes, or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying resinpro.it, or that affects the security of the site; or (iii) use any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script, or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. RESIN PRO reserves the right to immediately deny access to the site and terminate the account of any user who breaches these or any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Prices and Delivery Charges
Prices shown on resinpro.it include the applicable VAT but exclude delivery charges.
Delivery costs for each order are fixed, regardless of the size or weight of the package. The cost for each delivery method is clearly stated during the checkout process. If RESIN PRO is unable to deliver the full order and multiple shipments are required, no additional charge will be applied for the extra deliveries. Prices may vary between store, catalogue and online.
Ordering/Contract Conclusion
After placing an order, if the Customer has provided an email address, a confirmation email will be sent. If RESIN PRO cannot fulfil the order for any reason, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. If payment has already been made, RESIN PRO will refund the amount using the same method the Customer used for payment. If an alternative arrangement is necessary, RESIN PRO will contact the Customer and ask them to reach out to RESIN PRO Customer Service to arrange the refund.
Delivery
RESIN PRO takes great care in accepting and processing orders and will do its utmost to deliver them to a residential or other address according to the shipping option selected.
Despite our efforts, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen events. If delivery exceeds 60 days, the Customer has the right to cancel the order.
Before placing the order, RESIN PRO will inform the Customer of the estimated delivery details. Once the order is placed, and if an email address has been provided, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing shipping information. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer may cancel or return the order from the date it is placed up to 60 days after receiving the goods.
If the Customer has been charged, a refund will be issued including the cost of the products, but excluding return shipping charges of €9.90 (round trip) in cases of incorrect orders placed by the customer. In contrast, if the goods are found to be substantially damaged, return shipping costs will be covered by RESIN PRO.
If the Free Shipping service was used and the entire order is returned, RESIN PRO will also deduct the original shipping costs from the refund due to the loss of the order value.
If only part of the order is returned, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To cancel or return an order, the Customer must send written notice to RESIN PRO by post including the product code and buyer’s name, or by emailing info@silicomaster.com, or by sending the standard form provided by the Consumer Rights Authority. Goods must then be returned as described in section 6 (Returns) within 30 days. RESIN PRO will refund using the same payment method used by the Customer (or credit the return to the Customer’s account summary) as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice, provided that RESIN PRO has received the returned items or proof of shipment. An alternative payment method may be used if agreed by the Customer; in any case, no additional fees will be charged.
Returns
RESIN PRO guarantees a refund for all items returned according to section 5 (Right of Withdrawal), provided the items are returned in their original condition, i.e., unopened, undamaged, and with all labels and tags intact.

Items can preferably be returned via home collection under RESIN PRO’s standard procedure. See the Customer Service section on resinpro.it or the delivery note for more information.
Payment Methods
Payment details can be entered when placing the order using PAYPAL, or a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will be reserved on the card immediately but will not be charged until the items are dispatched. RESIN PRO reserves the right to check the validity of the card, the credit status in relation to the order value, and the correctness of the purchaser’s address. RESIN PRO may refuse the order based on the outcome of these checks.
Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit RESIN PRO’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
RESIN PRO accepts liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or that of its employees or agents. We do not exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us, our employees or agents.
In the event of a breach of these Terms, RESIN PRO is liable only for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable result of the breach.
RESIN PRO is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or opportunities, nor for failure to deliver goods or fulfil obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, or terrorist activity.
The maximum liability of RESIN PRO for any loss or damage connected with an order on epoxyresin-online.com is limited to the total price of the order.
If you have an issue with a product purchased online from RESIN PRO and it cannot be resolved directly, you may submit a complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
The ODR platform offers consumers and businesses in the EU an out-of-court resolution option for disputes relating to online purchases. The platform is user-friendly, interactive, available in all EU official languages, and free of charge. The platform is accessible at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Warranty
If the purchased goods are faulty, RESIN PRO complies with all statutory warranty regulations. If the Customer wishes to make a complaint about a material or manufacturing defect, including transport damage, please notify us and return the goods immediately to RESIN PRO, or contact us at info@silicomaster.com .
Assignment
RESIN PRO reserves the right to assign any payment claims arising from the delivery of goods, including any outstanding debts, to third parties.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is or becomes invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.
