Liquid Mold 40 is the ideal silicone rubber for industrial moulds and technical applications requiring high rigidity and durability. Suitable for laboratory equipment, research tools, decorative stones, technical bricks, industrial moulds, and projects requiring chemical resistance and dimensional stability.
Compatible with: concrete, plaster, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, cement, composite materials, and chemical resins.

Working time (WT): 30–40 minutes
Curing time: 8–10 hours
Instructions for Use – Liquid Mold Series
Mixing: Mix Part A and Part B in the indicated weight ratio (100:3 or 100:2). Use a clean container and mix slowly to avoid air bubbles.
Pouring: Pour the silicone from a fixed point, allowing the material to flow naturally into the mould. Degas to eliminate air bubbles (recommended for complex projects).
Curing: Let the material rest for the specified time at room temperature (25°C).
Mould Maintenance: Clean the mould with warm water and mild soap after use. Store in a dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
