Type of rubber: Polyaddition
Pure Mold 10 is the softest and most versatile silicone rubber in the ResinPro® range, with a Shore A hardness of 10±2 and high transparency. Ideal for creating flexible, detailed moulds, it’s perfect for applications in jewellery, miniatures, handmade soaps, and solid cosmetics.
Thanks to its low viscosity, it allows for precise pouring even into complex moulds, preventing air bubble formation, while its extreme elasticity ensures easy demoulding of the most delicate pieces without damage.
Main Applications:
-
Jewellery and miniatures: refined details such as pendants, rings, and ornaments
-
Soaps and solid cosmetics: moulds for handmade soaps and beauty products

Instructions for Use & Technical Tips
Preparing the Mixture
Mixing ratio:
Mix Part A (translucent) and Part B (translucent) in a 1:1 weight ratio.
Example: For 100g of Part A, add exactly 100g of Part B.
Use a precision scale to ensure accuracy.
Mixing container:
Use a clean, dry, grease-free container to avoid contamination.
Mixing:
Stir the components thoroughly using a clean spatula, scraping the sides and bottom of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Important: Stir slowly to avoid air bubbles.
Pouring into the Mould
Mould preparation:
Ensure the model is clean, dry, and dust-free. If needed, apply a release agent to ease demoulding.
Pouring technique:
Pour the silicone gently from one spot, allowing it to flow naturally and fill in all details without trapping air.
Degassing (optional):
For very fine details, use a vacuum chamber to remove air bubbles before pouring.
Curing Times and Conditions
Working time (WT):
Approximately 30–40 minutes at room temperature (25°C), enough to complete pouring and make corrections if needed.
Demoulding and Mould Maintenance
Demoulding:
After full curing, gently remove the model from the mould. Pure Mold silicone’s flexibility allows removal without damaging details or edges.
Mould maintenance:
-
Wash with warm water and mild soap
-
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
-
Apply protective silicone oil after each use to extend mould life
Additional Tips
Recommended thickness:
-
For small moulds: at least 5 mm to avoid breakage
-
For large moulds: use a rigid support shell in plaster or resin for added stability
Compatible materials:
Ideal for casting epoxy resin, polyurethane, plaster, concrete, wax, soap, and other solid materials.
Limitations:
Not suitable for moulds exposed to temperatures above +250°C or to aggressive chemicals not compatible with silicone.
